Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Mortgage Adviser to join our team in our Stirling office. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all types of mortgage customers, working closely with our business partners to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to customers, ensuring they receive the most suitable mortgage and protection products.
  • Work closely with our business partners to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in mortgage regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of new business strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a mortgage advisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High energy and drive to succeed.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary, with potential to earn £50-60,000 OTE per annum or higher, as well as a comprehensive employee benefit package.
