Tax Manager

RSM is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our in-house tax team. As a key member of our National Finance Office, you will be responsible for delivering a premium service to our internal stakeholders, ensuring tax compliance matters are completed on time and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with RSM's IT development team to update and improve portals for tax information.
- Prepare yearly tax calculations for partners' tax reserves.
- Review partnership tax computations and provide feedback to the Corporate Reporting team.
- Prepare tax reserve calculations for all RSM partners.
- Prepare partnership tax returns for review and approval.
- Review partner tax returns and prepare tax liability cashflow forecasts.
- Coordinate and review the payment of income tax on behalf of partners.
- Liaise with the Finance Partner to answer queries on partners' tax reserve balances.
- Provide ad-hoc tax advice to partners and respond to HMRC enquiries.
- Prepare policy documentation for risk management and process improvement purposes.
