About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm and work on high-value, complex transactions. You will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on corporate banking, asset-based lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance, government finance, and debt capital markets transactions.
  • Supporting the corporate and real estate teams on the financing aspects of private equity deals, mergers and acquisitions, property development, and investment financings.
  • Participating in business development activities, including developing and sustaining relationships with clients.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 1-4 years of PQE experience in a firm renowned for banking and finance work. You will have a strong understanding of the banking and finance sector and be ambitious to progress in your career.
