We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist Drug Product to join our team at Pharmaron. As a key member of our Analytical Chemistry department, you will be responsible for developing and validating analytical methods, providing expert advice in the characterization of oral solid dosage forms, and collaborating effectively with Formulation Development and Materials Characterization colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, troubleshoot, and validate HPLC and Dissolution methods
- Work within project teams to meet tight deadlines
- Plan and prioritize your own work with minimal supervision
- Step in and learn new techniques to support projects
- Solve complex scientific problems
- Work effectively in a GMP laboratory
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related scientific discipline, or BSc/MSc with several years' relevant experience in an Analytical Chemistry laboratory
- Significant expertise in troubleshooting and developing HPLC and Dissolution methods
- In-depth, hands-on expertise and up-to-date knowledge of other analytical methodologies
- Experience of working to GLP or GMP
- Familiar with ICH guidelines
- Strong scientific track record
- Attention to detail
- Conscientious
- Well-organized and follows up on actions
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
