Restaurant Technology Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Technology Support Specialist to join our team at the RSC in Woking, UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our technology standards and set ups in all new restaurant openings, Image Enhancements, and refresher works.
As a key member of our Tech team, you will be responsible for supporting your line manager and the new restaurant opening teams to ensure that all new restaurants open without any tech issues across the UK and Ireland.
You will work closely with install partners, internal teams at the RSC, and franchisee partners to drive improvement and implement effective solutions. Your passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and ability to lead from the front make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all new KFC restaurants across the UK and Ireland in technology-related matters.
- Collaborate with the NRO Technology Manager to maintain tech standards across all NROs, IEs, and refurbishments.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues identified during installs or after opening, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide support to franchisee partners in NRO processes, including tech issues and queries.
- Work closely with 3rd-party installers to resolve on-site issues and improve installation quality.
- Implement the Monday.com NRO process and collaborate with the Tech Hub team for back-end setup works.
- Maintain installation documentation and standards, ensuring accessibility and adherence by all installers and partners.
- Participate in periodic reviews with install partners to drive improvement and attend monthly meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
- Support the approval and rollout of future tech equipment and solutions.
