About the Role
This is a full life-cycle 360 recruitment position with a focus on business development. You will be responsible for sourcing new clients, expanding our market share in the tech space and providing top-tier candidates for their business.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
- Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management
- Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
What We Offer
