Meridian Business Support is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-specification construction and fit-out projects throughout the North of England. With a strong background in building and maintaining client relationships, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project life cycle, from inception to handover. Key responsibilities include creating build programmes to a high standard, reporting back to the board of directors on a monthly basis, and managing a team of contracts managers. The successful candidate will have experience using software such as Asta Powerproject and MS Office, and will be able to create monthly reports on project updates. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £60,000-£65,000 per annum, car allowance, travel expenses, and a pension scheme.
