Job Opportunity: Senior Brand Manager

Signature Career Management is supporting a leading food manufacturer in the East Midlands in their search for a Senior Brand Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned brand marketer to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact across a brand portfolio. The company is undergoing a transformation from a product-led to a brand-led organization, and they are looking for someone who can bring creativity, strategy, and leadership to their brand management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing brand plans, working closely with creative agencies to deliver PR and digital campaigns
  • Managing multiple brands, including relaunching and repositioning them in the market
  • Leading a team of brand marketers and providing mentorship and guidance

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in FMCG brand management, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Agility and adaptability, with the ability to juggle multiple brands and priorities
