Job Overview

A challenging and rewarding opportunity has emerged for a highly skilled Northern Europe Zone Lead to join Blackline Safety, a world leader in the development and manufacturing of wirelessly connected safety products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and expand our distribution network across Northern Europe by leading and coaching Regional Sales Managers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Mentor and empower your team to deliver exceptional results, build strong business partnerships, and adapt to changing environments.
About You

We're seeking an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of success in complex sales growth. As a successful candidate, you'll have:

  • At least 10 years of direct and distribution channel selling experience, preferably in the gas detection, safety, or HESAAS industries.
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading front-line sales teams, with a strong ability to grow and scale upward with the company.
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build strong business partnerships both inside and outside the organization.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus commission and bonus, as well as comprehensive health benefits, car allowance, expense coverage, paid vacation, and an Employee Stock Plan.
