Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to lead our regional operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Responsible for all operational service delivery, including risk and compliance, in the region through contract delivery teams.
  • Own the customer relationship, promoting a one-team approach and issue resolution.
  • Carry out technical inspections and building workarounds, and proactively identify tasks.
  • Oversee incidents & failure management.

About You:

  • Senior Management experience in the facilities management area, managing hard and soft services and project works, including managing an operational site-based or mobile team.
  • Hold a valid CSCS card and have relevant H&S qualifications for the position (IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS).
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and written report writing.
  • Good PC skills, including advanced Excel.
  • Ability to complete full Disclosure and Government baseline clearance (mandatory requirement to work on contract).
