Swift Recruitment is seeking a skilled Claims Representative to join our team in Dullingham. As a Claims Representative, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our business.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full-time permanent position that requires excellent customer service and sales skills. You will be working alongside an experienced claims colleague who will provide full training and support.

• You will contribute to the completion of claims tasks within agreed timelines with our factories, suppliers, and couriers to satisfactory conclusions.
• You will work with other colleagues and departments to ensure the smooth running of the company.
• You will contribute to any identified business improvement initiatives.
• You will report as required.
