About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. As a key member of our Occupational Health Service, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality in-house service to GSK employees across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Occupational Health team, EHS team, HR, and other stakeholders to deliver strategy and enhance the operation of the function.
  • Oversee and manage site/OH function Risk Based Health Surveillance programmes and Health Capability Assessment programmes.
  • Generate clinical and performance data to demonstrate service deliverables and value to the business.
  • Seek and respond to customer feedback, investigate complaints, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Support quality and governance framework to ensure delivery of a safe and effective Occupational Health Service.
  • Lead and provide an effective case management service for managers and staff.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with Postgraduate Occupational Health qualification.
  • Recent experience of delivering core OH services in a large, complex manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Auditing clinical performance and service delivery.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft systems and OH software systems.
