Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our fire and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the marketing team with scheduling campaigns, coordinating efforts across multiple channels, and ensuring all marketing materials are aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Assist with campaign execution, handling administrative duties, and coordinating social media accounts.
- Coordinate the organization of events, product launches, and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
- Support businesses with the creation of tender presentations and bid proposals, ensuring high-quality content and timely delivery.
- Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain monthly marketing reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies, including keyword tracking and ranking improvement.
- Design and create marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and other visual content.
- Coordinate equipment and branded merchandise, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Support the ecommerce site with marketing efforts, including product promotion and customer engagement.
- Conduct competitor and market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- A Level or equivalent in a business or marketing-related subject.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing-related role, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including SEM Rush, social media management tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
