About the Job
This full-time teaching position is available for a dedicated and passionate Year 4 educator to join our dynamic team of educators. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education to Year 4 students, ensuring their academic and personal growth.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 4 students.
- Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire and motivate students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Year 4 students in a primary school setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
