Rockstar Musician

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic musician to join our team as a Band Leader.

As a Band Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality music lessons to children in primary schools, empowering them to develop their confidence, resilience, and well-being through performing in a band.

• Deliver music lessons to children in primary schools
• Empower children to develop their confidence and resilience through performing in a band
• Build strong relationships with schools, teachers, and parents

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A driving licence and own transport
• Competence on at least 2 instruments: drums, guitar, bass, keyboard, or vocals
• Passion for teaching (we provide extensive training and support)
• Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and well-being of children and young people
• Excellent communication and social skills

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000-£31,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as:

• Fuel contribution - 45p per business mile
• 12 weeks paid holiday per year
• Annual staff bonus - £1,500 per annum
