About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Acute Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Potters Bar Clinic in Hertfordshire. As an acute mental health nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our service users, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Providing effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
- Providing mentorship and support to team members
- Observing, recording, and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant nursing qualification (RMN)
- NMC registration
- Strong team-working skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
We offer a competitive salary of £33,000-£38,000 per annum, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave, free meals, parking, wellbeing support, career development opportunities, and pension contributions.
