Lead Residential Conveyancing Team

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced and ambitious Conveyancing professional to lead the establishment of our Residential Conveyancing team in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our new start-up firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for the growth of the Residential Conveyancing team
  • Manage and supervise a team of Conveyancing professionals
  • Oversee a complex caseload of property matters, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of PQE experience in Conveyancing (CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor)
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
