Community Psychiatric Nurse Specialist

As a Community Psychiatric Nurse Specialist with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, you will be responsible for coordinating care for individuals experiencing severe mental health difficulties and complex care needs in the Caerphilly area. This is an exciting opportunity to join our adult mental health service and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary services and agencies to deliver effective health and social care, supporting recovery and social inclusion in the community. You will also contribute to the delivery of timely and effective interventions for individuals in need of urgent mental health assessment and management.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop close working relationships with other aspects of the service, including community and inpatient units, and to acquire a broad knowledge of resources available across the Borough.
