Administrative Support Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support professional.

About the Role:

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the sales team, including budget creation, reviewing sales processes, and communicating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget creation based on sales decisions
  • Reviewing sales processes, including contract management and supply chain coordination
  • Communicating with the Share service center for payment processing
  • Marketing invoice and customer bonus processing
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University degree (Bc.) or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced English language skills
