About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Engineering/BIM Specialist to join our dynamic building services engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with large and complex BIM models in a building services engineering capacity.

Responsibilities will include facilitating our engineering team in the successful integration of Digital Engineering, while managing a number of concurrent projects' BIM models.

The role will also involve attending relevant BIM meetings and workshops, mentoring less experienced Revit users, trainees, and apprentices.

About You

We are looking for an individual who:

  • has a passion for Digital Engineering, Building Information Modelling, and innovation;
  • can demonstrate their experience of projects delivered within a BIM environment, with knowledge of design, calculation, and scheduling within a Revit environment;
  • holds knowledge and experience of advanced BIM technology and preferably computer programming such as Dynamo and Python;
  • enjoys working within a motivated team and is self-organised;
  • is competent and experienced in BIM project creation, model auditing, design & coordination of mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) services and creation of MEP content;
  • is able to communicate at all levels;
  • possesses the ability to clearly communicate Digital Engineering and BIM concepts to clients, contractors, and other design team members, producing and managing the production of BIM models, proactively ensuring coordination with all other design disciplines.
