Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at Hovis Ltd in Bradford. As our next in-house expert, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Health Surveillance programme and Case Management across the site alongside wellbeing initiatives.

This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative and friendly team environment. You will thrive within an environment where working autonomously is key, with flexible working hours to fit around you.

The successful candidate will have a real enthusiasm for all things Occupational Health, with strong relationship management skills, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently while building relationships with a wider team.

About the Role:

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with ideally an Occupational Health Qualification and/or at least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong understanding of health surveillance and case management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
