Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration and operation of global share plans
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provide insights and advice to support decision-making at the highest level
  • Produce detailed reports and analysis for senior leadership
  • Monitor changes in legislation and industry standards, adapting processes as needed

Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum + benefits

About You

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in share plan management. You will thrive in a high-performance environment and bring a mix of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to the role.

You should have:

  • Significant experience managing share plans in a large, complex organisation, ideally FTSE 250 listed
  • Strong knowledge of global share plan regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • The confidence to work with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • A proactive mindset, constantly looking for ways to improve processes and deliver value
