The Growth Company, a leading provider of skills and training in the UK, is seeking a skilled Vocational Tutor to join its Education and Skills team.

Job Description

We are committed to delivering high-quality training programs that maximize learning outcomes for our students. As a Vocational Tutor, you will be responsible for developing, promoting, delivering, and assessing training to ensure effective learner engagement and achievement.

  • Plan and design tailored training programs, taking into account individual requirements for differentiated learning.
  • Deliver engaging and high-quality training sessions to encourage learners to attend, stay on program, and achieve their goals.
  • Ensure the safe evacuation of students in the event of an emergency, adhering to company procedures and maintaining health and safety standards at all times.
  • Foster a flexible approach to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Demonstrate expertise in teaching and learning quality standards, particularly Ofsted requirements.
  • Possess at least 1-2 years of teaching experience, with the ability to work with special needs, such as LLDD (learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities), and challenging behavior.
  • Hold a valid teaching qualification.

Benefits
