Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool at Oxford Ardington is proud to hold an Ofsted rating of GOOD. Our warm and friendly team is excited to welcome a new Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to assist us in giving our children the best start in life.

Our nursery is located in a beautiful woodland area with a large outdoor space, offering ample parking for our staff and visitors.

What to Expect as a Nursery Nurse/Educator

As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. You will take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps. You will also ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
