Hospitality Manager for a Care Home

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Hospitality Manager to work in a care home based in the UK.
This is a purpose-built care home designed for older people requiring general or dementia residential and nursing care.
As the Hospitality Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Developing a service experience that fits within our family vision and values, with a focus on compassion, empathy, and transparency in our service delivery.
- Managing the food service operation, working closely with the executive chef to plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality meals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring the housekeeping function is effective, efficient, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
A strong understanding of food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and delivery, as well as a good understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements.
A strong understanding of the needs and interests of older people and the ability to develop and deliver a range of activities that are engaging, fun, and promote health and wellness.
A strong understanding of the principles of housekeeping, including cleaning, hygiene, and infection control.
A strong understanding of budget management and the ability to manage costs effectively while still delivering high-quality service.
The successful Hospitality Manager will receive an excellent salary of £30,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours a week from 9am-5pm.
