Project Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the scientific integrity and regulatory compliance of assigned studies, ensuring that data and laboratory processes are in accordance with GLP/GCP and good documentation practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the key contact for clients for assigned studies, including understanding client requirements and time scales, and liaising with Business Development Executives in the production of quotes as required.
  • Ensure the preparation and delivery of bioanalytical reports, and be responsible for the scientific integrity and regulatory compliance of assigned studies.
  • Manage the workload and plan tasks for scientific staff performing analysis for assigned studies, and be involved in client and QA audits.
Requirements:
  • Proven industry experience working in a regulatory bioanalytical laboratory, including hands-on experience using LC-MS/MS.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of GLP/GCP and good documentation practice, with the ability to ensure compliance in all aspects of the role.
