Blind Tiger Inns, a collection of 22 uniquely styled pubs & bars across the North West, are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious pub manager to partner with them and operate their latest acquisition in Preston city centre. The pub will undergo a transformation, modelled on a New York style Sports Bar, re-launching with a premium sports, entertainment, and drinks vibe, right into the early hours. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and make your mark on the Preston city centre scene, a stone's throw from the market square and city bus station, in the shadows of the famous Guild Hall.

The business will benefit from an eclectic customer base, including local Prestonians, transient travellers, university students, weekday shoppers, after-work celebrators, and weekend party revellers who all come to sample Preston hospitality. The pub itself will be equipped with all the tools to help you stand out from the crowd, including massive super size HD screens showing all the live sports from Sky and TNT, visible from every part of the building. Your customers will never miss that all-important goal, with cute private booth seating featuring individual screens and the best AWPs on the market.

Of course, we also have a fantastic range of beers on tap, along with premium spirits and some of the best wines in the local area, not to mention a company-led toolkit of offers to help you attract customers so much so they never want to leave. Plus, the pub will become the place to be for weekend entertainment with some of the best local artists & DJs showcasing all weekend.

We operate our businesses on the self-employed operator model, so you'll receive 20% of the net sales, paid weekly in arrears, out of which you pay yourself and your team. (We're expecting Stanley & Co to do around £650k net a year.) There is a simple bonus scheme where you can earn an extra £18,000 a year (paid monthly) for hitting some KPIs, plus a lovely self-contained, fully expensed manager's flat (you just pay the council tax), along with other monthly incentives to push you & your team to achieve.
