Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Residential Property Partner to join our esteemed client, a rapidly expanding law firm accredited by The Legal 500. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional legal services to clients while contributing to the firm's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through exceptional service.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Mentor and train junior lawyers, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure their professional development.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential property law.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, driving growth, and developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and training junior lawyers.
