About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Conveyancing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our secured litigation team, you will be responsible for managing the residential conveyancing process on behalf of our clients, including:

  • Dealing with all aspects of the residential conveyancing process, from instruction to completion.
  • Preparing and reviewing memos of sales and auction packs.
  • Reviewing residential titles and providing reports on title.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and asset managers to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and issuing sales contracts and supporting documents.
  • Providing status updates and keeping all parties informed on progress.
  • Dealing with exchange of contracts and post-sales matters.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths.
  • Experience of the Scottish conveyancing process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with electronic document management and filing systems.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential matters.
