About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistical Programmer to join our team at ICON plc. As a key member of our programming team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality statistical programming deliverables for various projects.

Your primary focus will be on leading and executing programming tasks on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that competing priorities are managed effectively. You will also lead and manage the assigned programming team's deliverables, guaranteeing project objectives are met within budget, agreed timelines, and to the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality statistical programming deliverables that consistently meet study timelines, quality standards, sponsor, and/or contractual requirements.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables for assigned team members by performing quality control and review of programming outputs for accuracy and consistency.
  • Adhere to programming specifications and study-specific requirements, including completion and filing of required documentation.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize workload to ensure effective time management and adherence to project-specific timelines.
