Packaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Specialist to join our team at Questech Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development and implementation of packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Manage multiple development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer requirements.
- Packaging Expertise: Provide technical assistance to factory operations, ensuring on-line packaging performance and providing comprehensive packaging technical support.
- Quality and Compliance: Implement packaging-related quality and compliance directives, driving quality improvements in packaging and ensuring adherence to company and external standards.
- Data Management: Create and maintain packaging specifications, managing all other factory-specific packaging administration.
- Knowledge Transfer: Ensure knowledge transfer to factory operations related to packaging and substrates, acting as a local training resource to operators.
- Education: PIABC Level 3 Certificate in Packaging Technology or a similar packaging-related qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of packaging science and engineering.
- Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of manufacturing, QA, and supply chain quality systems, including company Food Safety and Quality Management systems.
- Personal Qualities: Flexible and agile approach, proactive training and coaching capability, and good networking abilities.
