About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled Payroll Team Lead to join our Swindon-based team. As a key member of our payroll function, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and driving continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational performance and efficiency in the payroll function
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and performance
  • Provide regular reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual updates
  • Act as a point of escalation for any payroll-related issues
  • Foster a positive team culture and lead by example
