We are currently seeking a highly experienced IT Implementation Manager to join our team in Bristol. In this critical role, you will lead the delivery of network and application projects, driving secure and innovative capabilities that support business objectives.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned IT Delivery Manager with a focus on networks and applications to lead the delivery of critical IT enabled capabilities, manage supplier relationships, and introduce new services into live operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of network and application projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and technical requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery challenges, risks, and dependencies to meet time-lines and quality benchmarks.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects to deliver scope elements for projects under the programme of work.
Supplier Management:
  • Define and manage statement of work artefacts.
  • Manage third-party vendors and suppliers delivering network and application services, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Oversee vendor performance, including managed services, software solutions, and infrastructure support.
  • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and technical deliverables to optimise value and performance.
Project Management:
  • Provide regular updates to Programme Manager, Portfolio Manager, and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress through financial data, providing weekly updates.
  • Evaluate project status, identifying gaps and facilitating effective communication channels and escalation paths.
  • Ensure compliance with Group IT project delivery process, visibility to team documentation required to pass quality gates.
  • Closely monitor project closure, storing project documentation appropriately.
  • Adhere to project scope management, following change request process.
Requirements:
  • Achieve Full UK SC Clearance without conditions.
  • Reside in the United Kingdom.
  • Experience in delivering projects within the UK government security classification framework.
  • Demonstrate strong Project Management skills in planning, RAID, and communication.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience.
