As a Bristol Surf Coach at The Wave, you'll be part of a coaching team dedicated to delivering exceptional surfing experiences. We're looking for someone with coaching experience, a passion for engaging people with surfing, and a commitment to health and safety.

You must be certified ISA level 1, beach lifeguard qualified, and able to provide a clear DBS check. In return, you'll enjoy:
