Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Systems Administrator to join our team at smartDCS Group. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line user support for internal tools and technologies
  • Contribute to various initiatives, including continuously improving our offerings and adapting with business needs
  • Support and maintain our server and storage infrastructure, ensuring secure, resilient, and highly available services that support core business functions
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve software, hardware, and networking issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support troubleshooting and configuration steps
