We are seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 driver to join our team at ARC Group Ltd. As a leading logistics company in Claydon, Suffolk, we offer a permanent position with a leading agency, providing work all year round.

Job Summary:

As an HGV Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for picking up curtainsider trailers from ports and delivering to clients and/or reloading at clients across the UK. You will work with 2 main ports – Immingham & Felixstowe, and will be required to work Monday to Friday shifts with odd nights out (£25 per night out paid if not stayed inside of one of our yards) + weekend work available if wanted.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months HGV driving experience commercially in the UK
  • Left-hand drive experience required
  • Qualifications and Licences – Driving Licence with C+E category, CPC Qualification Card, Tachograph Card
  • Basic understanding and speaking English
