Job Summary

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team of support staff in Kingston Schools. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs, promoting their communication, speech, and language skills, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with special needs on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, focusing on their communication, speech, and language skills.
  • Assist teachers in lessons, such as storytelling, interactive play, music, art, cooking, and physical education.
  • Support older students in core subjects, such as English, mathematics, and science, or assist in work placements.
  • Develop skills in a diverse range of settings and contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
