Compassionate Caregiver

Ashgrove Care Home is a state-of-the-art facility offering top-notch Residential and Nursing care for 65 residents, and we are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £18.50 per hour for a Full-Time position with 36 contracted hours.

We require a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating and managing individualized care plans that meet the distinct needs of each resident.
• Leading by example, guiding your team with confidence, and ensuring accurate care documentation.
• Fostering a culture of respect and dignity among our residents, while promoting independence and autonomy.
