Job Title: Plumber Multi Trader

A leading property maintenance company in Cambridge and surrounding areas is seeking a skilled Plumber Multi Trader to join their Response Team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair work in occupied residential properties, including plumbing, basic carpentry, tiling, and plastering. They will also have a proven ability to produce work consistently to a high standard and be self-motivated, able to work on their own initiative.

Responsibilities:
  • Work in a safe, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring all works are carried out with due regard to the Health and Safety of all persons affected by the works.
  • Undertake the duties and responsibilities of the post, ensuring compliance with the company's Health & Safety Policy, Risk Assessments, Safe Working Practices, COSHH Assessments, and all relevant Health and Safety Regulations.
  • Conduct yourself in a manner that will bring credit to yourself in all dealings with customers and the public.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
  • City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating installation.
  • Proven ability to produce work consistently to a high standard.
  • Ability to complete relevant certification for Plumbing works.
  • Holder of a full current driving licence.
  • Proven interpersonal and technical skills.
