Coveo is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Programs Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities.


You will partner with the Sales and Business Development teams to target personalized buyer journeys, tailoring communications using both 1:1 and 1:few tactics to enter targeted accounts.


The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in B2B marketing and be self-sufficient and proactive, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.


You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our Marketing team.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute marketing programs that drive growth and cultivate valuable partnerships
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to target personalized buyer journeys
  • Design and implement 1:1 and 1:few communication tactics to enter targeted accounts
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Business Development teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Previous experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-sufficient and proactive, with a strong interest in B2B marketing
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
