Company Overview
The Brook Street Recruitment client is a well-established Wealth Management firm based in Belfast. They are seeking to recruit a Paraplanner to contribute to company strategy, goals, and objectives by maximising business development opportunities within the financial services market.

### Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and maintaining client files
  • Preparing and implementing recommendations
  • Identifying suitable solutions to meet clients' needs
Consider current and future allocation of assets for investment strategy with regard to client risk profile. Prepare recommendation reports in accordance with the agreed recommendations. Establish and build strong relationships with clients, and attend client meetings with Financial Advisor if required.

Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £32,500 per annum, depending on experience, along with a cash plan and support to progress to a financial adviser role. Hybrid working arrangements will also be available.

### Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:
  • Level 4 qualified preferred but will consider entry level candidates
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of financial planning products, technical knowledge, and industry expertise
Follow business processes accurately and compliantly either independently or as part of a team. Possess at least 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English.

Salary Range:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
