About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Parker Jones Group Ltd. as a Retrofit Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working on Retrofit / Sustainability projects, particularly in the Social Housing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate Retrofit / Sustainability projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on Retrofit / Sustainability projects
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software
