Job Overview:

We are seeking a Commercial Analyst - New Homes to join our team as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

In this role, you will assist in implementing, controlling, and reporting development/build-related expenditure, collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to deliver commercial objectives, and develop relationships with subcontractors, housing associations, and external partners.

You will also contribute to site start success by assisting in determining and agreeing on site start programs and commercial matters for developments, and participate in site visits to current, new, and potential sites.

We are looking for someone who is financially savvy, team-focused, and knowledgeable in regulations.

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
