Theatre Operations Manager

ATG Entertainment is a leading live entertainment company based in Liverpool, where we strive to deliver unforgettable performances for audiences across our landmark venues.
We are currently seeking an experienced Theatre Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day aspects of our stage infrastructure. This role will involve working closely with our Technical Manager to develop and implement an efficient maintenance plan, ensuring all operational and compliance needs are met. The successful candidate will also oversee casual stage crew and dressers, while communicating effectively with visiting productions and show management to ensure a smooth get-in, fit-up and get-out process.
This position requires regular evening and weekend work, and applicants should have prior management experience. We are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive workplace environment, which is reflected in our Disability Confident Committed Employer status.
