Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and versatile Solicitor to provide legal advice and support across real estate matters. This role requires expertise in secured lending, estate development, and related issues.
- Provide legal guidance on secured lending transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee the submission of legal documents to regulatory bodies, including Companies House.
- Stay up-to-date with legislative updates, advising the business on relevant impacts.
The ideal candidate will have commercial acumen and a sound understanding of financial considerations in real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice on planning issues, drafting and reviewing ancillary documents.
- Draft and review legal documents such as Deeds of Easement and Deeds of Variation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure loan documentation is clearly communicated.
- Manage post-completion legal matters, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable and keen to provide practical legal advice that supports business operations.
