Digital Marketing Director

Central Employment Agency (North East) Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biddable Account Director to join their team. As a key member of the agency, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class performance campaigns across Paid Social and PPC, as well as high-impact brand campaigns.
About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who has a deep understanding of the digital performance ecosystem. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process from briefing and planning through to activation and reporting. Your expertise in paid search and paid social will enable you to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize Paid Social and PPC campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
- Proven experience in paid search and paid social, with a strong understanding of the digital performance ecosystem.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
