- Obtaining quotations from clients and prospects.
- Administering mid-term adjustments and accurately collecting and inputting client information.
- Handling policy administration from start to finish.
- Dealing with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers, and other third parties in a professional and timely manner.
- Complying with FCA and all other regulatory requirements relating to the role.
- Providing technical and administrative support.
We are a forward-thinking insurance broker committed to revolutionising the industry. Our goal is to provide simple, transparent, and tailored insurance solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our growing team and contribute to our continued success.
Benefits- Excellent starting salary of £28,000 dependent upon experience + bonus.
- Average bonus earned is circa £ per month (some are much higher).
- Straight-forward working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (no weekends or Bank holidays).
- 28 days holiday annually (including Bank Holidays) rising to 33 days with length of service.
- An extra day off on your Birthday.
- Free car parking at our purpose-built offices in Flint.

- Minimum 1 year sales experience and 1 year telephony.
- High level of interpersonal skills - Ability to build a successful, mutual relationship with all clients.
- Communications skills must be of a high level as you will deal with clients face to face, over the telephone and also in writing.
- Planning and organisational and time management skills also to be of a high standard.
