About the Role:

Coburg Banks Technical is seeking a skilled Pool Engineer to join their dedicated team. As a Pool Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing pools, spas, saunas, and steam rooms across London and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment, including pumps, filter systems, water systems, and heating systems.
  • Test and maintain chemical levels, including pH and chlorine levels, using automatic dosing systems.
  • Visit client sites to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pool, spa, sauna, and steam room maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to build and mentor a technician team as the business grows.
  • Client-centric approach and excellent communication skills.
