Senior Veterinary Nurse Opportunity - 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Job Type: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a fixed-term basis.

The role will involve leading the nursing team and overseeing all aspects of nursing, including clinical coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the nursing team and provide guidance and support to junior nurses
  • Oversee all aspects of nursing, including clinical procedures and patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Provide clinical coaching and mentoring to junior nurses
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • RVN qualification and experience in a veterinary nursing role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge
  • Enthusiasm for clinical coaching and mentoring
