Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support and companionship, and helping to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment. Key Responsibilities

- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support to residents
- Ensure that each resident receives personalized care and attention, tailored to their unique needs and preferences

Person Specification

- Previous experience of caring for older adults
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of others
